1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms used in these terms and conditions carry the meanings described below:

• "Platform" — The et77 website and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on this platform or is using the service.
• "We" or "et77" — The company operating the platform and its authorised representatives.
• "Account" — The user's personal profile containing their login credentials and balance.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

You will need to provide the required personal information to open an account. Once registration is complete, et77 will provide you with login credentials. It is your responsibility to keep this information completely confidential.

3.2 Login Security

Sharing your username and password with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out using your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If your personal information changes (such as your mobile number or payment method), update your account immediately. et77 is not responsible for payment delays or account suspension caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.4 KYC Verification

et77 reserves the right to verify identity at any time using a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. This is done to protect your account and funds.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at et77 is ৳500. et77 accepts only the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is the same for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete or if a security review is ongoing on the account.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement associated with that bonus has been met.
• et77 reserves the right to hold or investigate any unusual withdrawal request.
• Deposits and withdrawals must come from a payment account registered in the same person's name.

4.4 Currency

et77 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at et77 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳42,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in equivalent bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply only to eligible users.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If any unusual betting pattern is detected (such as bonus abuse or arbitrage), the bonus will be cancelled.
• et77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated separately in each offer. Any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.

5.4 VIP Program

et77 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players are promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and loyalty. Weekly cashback rates: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.8%.

6 Betting & Gaming Policy

6.1 General Betting Rules

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. All bets apply according to the time and amount recorded on the et77 server. If an abnormal result occurs due to a game or technical error, et77 reserves the right to void or review the bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

et77 offers various types of markets in sports betting. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or completed outside of the defined conditions, bet settlement will be carried out in accordance with et77's applicable rules. et77 is not liable for losses on a bet where the connection was lost during live betting.

6.3 Casino Games

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the et77 platform:

• Fraud, collusion (illegal cooperation with other players), or the use of any dishonest tactics.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or software.
• Using an account for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Bonus abuse: using an account solely for the purpose of earning bonuses or engaging in systematic arbitrage betting.
• Placing bets on behalf of another user or using third-party funds.
• Intentionally exploiting any error or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

If any of the above activities are detected, et77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance without notice.

Under no circumstances will et77's maximum liability exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the relevant incident.

12 Changes to Terms

13 Account Closure & Suspension

13.1 Closure at the User's Request

13.2 Suspension or Closure by et77

et77 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• KYC verification fails or is rejected.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Any valid balance in a suspended account may be returned after review. The balance may remain frozen during an ongoing investigation.

15 General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

15.3 Transfer of Rights

The user may not transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party without the written consent of et77.

15.4 Language

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the authoritative text. Even if a translation into another language is provided, the Bengali version will take precedence in the event of a dispute.
